Since Chattanooga is on our list of maybe-someday fun places to live, we decided Easter weekend would be a great time to hit the road and check out some of the amazing outdoor activities in and around the city. Daniel & Wyatt went for a quick walk in Stringer Park, near our Airbnb, and then afterwards we stopped to get some vegan brunch at Bluegrass Grill – it’s a don’t-miss! We ended up getting the Portobello Tofu Hash and the Cilantro Lime Tofu Hash – both amazing. We will definitely be back!
After brunch we walked through the Saturday Market and around the Aquarium, stopped into Rock/Creek and then spent a little while on the dock watching boats scoot around and pedestrians enjoying the gorgeous morning. We love how much Chattanooga reminds us of Portland, but a much quieter, compact version.
Tonight – dinner at our Airbnb followed by a sunset walk across the Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge with Wyatt 🙂
